"Red Zone" Rick, a quite humble guy located out of Redlands California and part of the Outlaws Horseshoe Club. If he makes it to the 15-point marker, be very careful, he got the nickname "Red Zone" Rick, cuz once there, you're more than likely to get your torch put out.
